CAPTAÇÃO DE ÁGUA PARA CONSUMO HUMANO
A ADCB vem gestando o Projeto Cisternas, em parceiria com a ASA (Articulação no Semiárido Brasileiro) e com o apoio da : SEDES (Secretaria do Desenvolvimento Soacial e Combate a Pobreza) e o MDS ( Ministerio do Desenvolvimento Social e Combate a Fome).
O projeto atenderá 1.170 famílias que serão contempladas com uma cisterna de captação de água para consumo humano, nos municípios de: Jequié , Maracás , Itiruçu , Lajedo do Tabocal , Lafaiete Coutinho e Nova Itarana.
O projeto tem como objetivo atingir as famílias que sofrem no semiárido destas regiões com a escases de água , e também levar cidadania contextualizada para estas pessoas. O projeto tem uma equipe contratada para executar o projeto pela ADCB (Associação das Donas de Casa do Estado da Bahia) , equipe que foi selecionada por edital, e contratada em seguida.
Até o momento esta sendo finalizadas 360 cisternas nos municípios de Lajedo do Tabocal, Lafaiete , Itiruçu e Maracás, o objetivo da ADCB é que até o fim do ano feche o total de 1.170 cisternas entregues as famílias.
*Foram capacitados 20 pedreiros com as tecnicas de construção das cisternas de placas.
* 18 Monitores de GRH (Gerenciamento de Recursos Hidricos capacitados pela ADCB , para ministrarem capacitações nas comunidades atendidas pelo projeto.
* 360 famílias mobilizadas e capacitadas em GRH (Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos) , surso que tem como objetivo instruir as familias como cuidar da cisterna e manter a água limpa sempre.
* 30 jovens capacitados em confeccionar bombas hidraulicas manuais , jovens que foram remunerados para confeccionar 360 bombas manuais, todos eles são das comunidades atendidas pelo projeto.
